✨ 10:30 am Meditation on your inherent worth or a workshop detoxing religious practices and beliefs + letting go of what does not support your best life
✨ 11:30 am Art workshops: Painting Your Inner Vision or Found Poem Collage
✨ 12:30 pm Lunchtime (Food Truck or Bring your own nibbles for a picnic!)
✨ 1:30 - 4:30 pm Repeat of all the morning activities
✨ 4:30 pm Sound Bath Meditation by Integrity Life
